We support customers across Europe, North America, and Asia, delivering tailored engineering services that drive long-term success.Position SummaryNeoDyne are recruiting a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our expanding Power Generation & Energy Systems team. Experience with Peaking, CCGT, CHP Plants or Embedded Renewables would be highly desirable but not essential as we will provide full training.The role is offered as a fulltime staff position, based out of our Cork Office, with an excellent Salary and Benefits package.   • Developing detailed schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Producing drawings, wiring schematics, lists and data sheets using AutoCAD and EPLAN.
  • Designing electrical control systems and instrumentation for power generation and energy systems.
  • Overseeing the installation of control systems and instrumentation equipment.
  • Collaborating with technicians and contractors to ensure proper implementation.
  • Undertaking Factory and Site Acceptance Testing.
  • Commissioning activities in the field.
  • Mentoring Graduate & Junior Engineers.
Experience & SkillsRequired
  • Level 8 Degree in Electrical, Energy Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years’ experience in electrical engineering.
  • Experience using: AutoCAD and EPLAN or similar software.
  • Knowledge of process instrumentation and wiring.
Desired
  • Experience with Peaking, CCGT, CHP Plants or Embedded Renewables would be highly desirable but not essential as we will provide full training.
