- Identify, research, and qualify leads within targeted industries and accounts
- Map buyer personas and key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and DiscoverOrg
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social platforms
- Support ABM strategies by developing contact lists and personalizing outreach efforts
- Engage prospects to understand pain points and align with IT service offerings
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
- Draft, refine, and manage outreach assets including scripts, templates, and messaging
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM and marketing tools
- Ensure full GDPR and data compliance in all lead generation activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation (ideally in B2B tech or IT services)
- Proficiency in outbound outreach, cold messaging, and ABM techniques
- Track record of meeting/exceeding pipeline or activity-based targets
- Excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with GDPR standards and compliant lead generation practices
- Self-starter mindset with strong initiative, creativity, and team spirit
