- Lead the engineering function on-site, managing surveying, setting-out, and dimensional control for complex Data Centre projects
- Oversee junior engineers, survey teams, and supply chain to ensure quality and compliance
- Take ownership of temporary works coordination and support lifting operations
- Review and create Inspection & Test Plans, method statements, and risk assessments
- Monitor and resolve non-conformances, maintaining high standards of QA and record keeping
- Collaborate with the project team to manage materials, tolerances, and as-built surveys
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in construction
- Heavy civil's experience is desirable
