This integral role involves the design, management, and delivery of analytical insights and solutions through advanced data analysis, robust data management, and applied data science. Key activities include performing in-depth data analysis, modelling, visualisation, and interpretation to generate actionable insights; designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end AI/ML models; and ensuring proper governance of data sources, models, attributes, and analytical platforms throughout the project lifecycle. Contributing technical expertise and business acumen, you will collaborate closely with the team to innovate and implement novel AI solutions. The role also entails contributing to the data and insight strategy, supporting its execution, providing thought leadership, mentoring junior analysts, and staying current with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies. Success requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong experience across the data lifecycle, a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, and a genuine passion for innovation and AI.As a Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to manipulate large data sets, integrate diverse data sources, data types and data structures into solutions under management guidance. You will build experience developing analytical approaches to meet business requirements, which involves translating requests into use cases, test cases, preparation of training data sets and iterative algorithm development.What you will do:Utilize combined knowledge of data structures, analytics, algorithms/models, and strong computer science fundamentals to prepare datasets, conduct analytics, and develop deployable solutions with guidance from more senior resourcesLeverage knowledge of data structures and algorithms to analyse and prepare data for analysis, assembling data from standard and new data sourcesAble to analyse and prepare complex and new data sources and incorporate them into analytical solutions.Works on moderate complexity tasks in problems often within multiple business or analytical domains, collaborating with other teams to develop predictive models, risk assessments, fraud detection, recommendation engines, etc.Package, summarize and visualize analytical findings and results for management
