- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from pre-contract activities to post-contract management and termination/renewal.
- Draft and review term sheets and contracts, including terms and conditions, and ensure that they comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company goals.
- Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the contract requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries and disputes and manage the resolution process.
- Identify and mitigate contract risks and ensure that risk management strategies are implemented.
- Manage due diligence requirement with key vendors and partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including contract documentation, correspondence, termination and financial data.
- Participate in contract negotiations and procurement activities while proactively optimising Broadway Gaming’s contract counterparty costs.
- Manage contract renewals and extensions and ensure that all parties are aware of any changes to the contract terms and conditions.
- Provide regular reporting on contract status, including progress against contract deliverables, financial performance, risk mitigation strategies and termination dates and advance termination notification requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, with demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of legal, compliance and regulatory requirements relating to contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate contract risks.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in contract management software being an advantage.
