- Manage and supervise the performance of our clients analysts on client sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards, procedures, and timelines.
- Conduct monthly on-site visits at a minimum to assess and enhance service levels, address client concerns, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Interface directly with clients to understand their evolving needs, cultivate relationships, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that improve service quality and efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive reports on site performance, key observations, and recommendations for management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or business field (Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Business, HR or related discipline).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-facing role within the scientific industry, preferably in a service or project management capacity.
- Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (60-80% of the time).
- Clean drivers license essential
