Our professional team continually aspire to high standards and clinical excellence.Description:About Us:We are a leading home healthcare provider, delivering personalised support to adults in the community — from complex long-term care to social and personal care for older people.Our clients are located throughout South Dublin, and we’re actively seeking dedicated carers in and around Cabinteely, Cornelscourt, Sallynoggin, Stillorgan, and Dún Laoghaire.The Care Team is a nurse-led, dynamic organisation that values teamwork, professional growth, and a positive, supportive work environment. We welcome qualified Healthcare Assistants, Student Nurses, and Student Occupational Therapists to apply.Who You Are:
  • Caring, dependable, and motivated to support others
  • Working toward QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support
  • Have completed (or are completing) modules in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
  • Hold an up-to-date People Moving & Handling Certificate
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to provide suitable work and character references
  • Prepared to complete Garda Vetting (fee reimbursed)
  • Previous home care experience is a plus, but not essential
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide personal and social care to clients in their homes
  • Promote independence, dignity, and well-being
  • Support daily living tasks (washing, dressing, meal prep, mobility)
  • Monitor and document daily care notes
  • Follow client care plans and collaborate with your care team
  • Maintain high hygiene and infection control standards
