Food and Beverage Outlets ManagerA fantastic opportunity to join the team at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort as Food & Beverage ManagerAbout Mount WolseleyMount Wolseley Hotel in Carlow. is beautifully situated in the tranquil countryside of County Carlow, just one hour from Dublin City, the Mount Wolseley Luxury 4 * Golf & Spa Resort Hotel is an exquisite location for both business and pleasure.Standing on its own 18-Hole Championship Golf Course and featuring a Sanctuary Spa, Leisure Club Facilities including 20m Indoor Pool, The Mount Wolseley Hotel near Dublin offers luxury hotel accommodation in Carlow which matches an elegant, chic interior with ultra-modern amenities and impeccable service.ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and driven manager to manage all of the Food & Beverage outlets across the hotel.Reporting to the General Manager/Deputy General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage function along with the development and delivery of exceptional and memorable service.The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager/ Duty Manager in a similar size hotel/Resort and be passionate about guest experience, delivering standards and have the ability to lead and motivate a team.About the roleKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the F&B department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.Support the Deputy General Manager in the strategic running of the hotel.Set targets for the F&B teams in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.To assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the F&B Outlets of the hotel.
