- As a chef de rang, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.
- Welcome guests to the restuarant and show them to their table
- As a host and service professional, you will explain the menu, order of service and answer any questions that the guest may have
- Responsible for taking orders of food and beverage ensuring no errors are made and all dietary requirements have been confirmed.
- Liaising with the kitchen team and chefs as required
- Team work is essential - assist and train colleagues as and when required
- Communicate the details of each dish to the guest and answer any questions
- Serve and clear plates and crocery as required
- Working with the F&B team and Kitchen to ensure clear communication to enhance the guest experience.
- Develop a strong knowledge on all that Ballyfin has to offer including history, food, beverage, activities etc
- At least one year previous experience working in a fine-dining or Michelin star restuarant
- Mature and charismatic individual
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Exert a friendly and apprachable manner
