- Previous experience working as a Hotel Accommodation Assistant is desirable but not essential as Training will be provided.
- Flexible to work both mid-week and weekend shifts. (The hours of work will be evening Shifts, ranging from 3/4pm start times)
- Friendly professional individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A good level of spoken English is required.
- Be standards driven and detail oriented.
- Vacuums, dusts, and cleans public areas including, but not limited to: floors, carpets, restrooms, elevators, windows, and doors
- Ensure elevator areas are free of debris
- Empties waste receptacles in common areas
- Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Deliver items to guestrooms as requested and return them to storage as necessary
- Assists with guestroom cleaning as needed
- Maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the Resort.
- Ensures all maintenance requests are communicated clearly to the Facilities Team.
- Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all checklists are completed.
- Follows Resort procedure for the acceptance, security and return of guest lost property.
- Adheres to Resort policy for key control and security.
