Ryanair are currently seeking a Cross-Departmental Communications Executive to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.Reporting to the International Comms Operation Manager, the successful candidate will join a dynamic team as a Cross-Departmental Communications Executive, where you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our International Communications and Press Office initiatives. As a vital member of both teams, you will help shape the global narrative of Ryanair's brand and respond to the pressing demands of the media landscape.Duties include:
  • Work with the International Team in Dublin preparing PPT decks, briefing documents and press conference logistics for Senior Execs and ensuring these are on time and error-free deliveries.
  • Analyse media coverage and develop reports on the effectiveness of Ryanair's communication strategies.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance Ryanair's reputation across international markets.
  • Craft and disseminate press releases, manage media queries, and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets worldwide.
  • Coordinate with the International Communications Team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of domestic & global media trends and adapt strategies as necessary to maintain the company's competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and stories for external communication.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in a communications, public relations, or media role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Super attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • An interest in the aviation industry is not essential but it will help!
