- Address all employee HR queries regarding company policies, contracts, benefits and all HR related items.
- Oversee and process payroll
- Maintain and coordinate training requirements across the company
- Manage recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct and support performance evaluations, salary reviews, and remuneration benchmarking.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practises.
- Update and maintain employee records in line with GDPR requirements.
- A CIPD qualification
- Previous years' experience in a HR Generalist role.
- Experience in a standalone HR position or SME environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practises.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
