Job Title: Chef – Healthcare / Long-Term CareLocation: Clifden, Co. GalwayHours: Full-Time / Part-Time shifts available (08:30 – 17:30)Breaks: 15-minute morning tea, 30-minute unpaid lunchAbout the Role:The Flexsource is currently recruiting a Chef to work across long-term care and step-down care facilities. The chef will prepare nutritious meals for residents and day care clients, ensure high standards of food hygiene, and support continuity of care.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily meals according to dietary requirements
Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
Transport meals between facilities when required
Work collaboratively with care staff to meet residents’ needs

Requirements:

Proven chef experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
Must have own car for meal transport if required
Garda Vetting required
Completion of mandatory healthcare trainings
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
