- Order processing and receipt acknowledgement to customer to include delivery lead times and advise on shortages.
- Provide timely, accurate and competent response to all order related customer inquiries.
- Co-ordinate and manage PO from customer.
- Process goods inwards.
- Invoice preparation and issue to customer.
- Stock management and review activities through the company bar scanning system.
- Co-ordination of inbound and outbound Logistics for suppliers and customers.
- Preparation and completion of import documentation (regulatory Notification).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service / office administrator position.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical / Medical Device sector / FMCG Sector required.
- Demonstrate high level proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- ERP experience required – Sage a distinct advantage.
- Proven organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good analytical skills and ability with strong attention to detail
- Proficient verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in English
