- Lead daily operations across assembly and moulding manufacturing, ensuring output, efficiency, and compliance targets are met
- Develop and manage production schedules and workforce planning, adapting to changing business needs
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, leading regular performance review meetings
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and Operational Excellence initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement programmes and lead structured problem-solving activities
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and quality standards in a GMP environment
- Oversee quality systems, including CAPAs, deviations, audits, complaints, and change control processes
- Manage and develop teams through coaching, performance management, and training programmes
- Build strong internal communication channels to support collaboration and issue resolution
- Contribute to strategic planning and report performance to senior leadership
- Experience in operations or production management within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence (e.g. Six Sigma, 6S)
- Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, with GMP and quality systems exposure
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience managing KPIs
- Exposure to supply chain or end-to-end manufacturing is an advantage
