Job Title: Warehouse ManagerI am partnering with my Cork based client that is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day running of warehouse operations. The successful candidate will manage a small team, ensure accurate and timely handling of stock and deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a warehouse team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Plan and organise daily workloads, deliveries, and team rotas.
Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, including container unloading and stock management.
Ensure accurate stock control, cycle counts, and annual stocktakes.
Drive process improvements and support continuous efficiency initiatives.
Handle team issues fairly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
