- Manage and optimise the full design-to-production-to-site workflow.
- Lead operations planning, scheduling, and cross-functional alignment.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across design, production, contracts and purchasing.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with the MD to develop and implement operational strategies that support company growth and profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of senior leaders, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety legislation, and environmental standards.
- Control operational budgets, including production costs, labour, logistics, and materials.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in an operations leadership role
- Strong technical, engineering and production management-based experience within a volume manufacturing business
- Has the ability to get the best out of people through leadership and communication
