
Assistant Night Manager

- Assist management during the night and be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel.
- Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
- Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise, involving the team as needed.
- Ensure the integrity of the public area and back of house areas are maintained at all times, with deficiencies corrected immediately.
- Carrying out the night audit procedures accurately, reporting any discrepancies and ensuring quick resolution.
- Ensure the safety of guests overnight whilst they are tucked up asleep.
- You make sure our guest experience never flags, even at night! Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
- Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
- Assist the Night Manager with end of day procedures.

- Experience in a similar role with a demonstratable track record of excelling in front office operations and procedures.
- If you’re familiar with Opera or similar front desk operating system and understand GDS that would be a big advantage.
