Our long-standing reputation speaks to the trust and reliability we’ve built within the healthcare sector.Locations:DublinWe are looking for compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our healthcare team.Intellectual Disability Day Service based in Dublin.We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care including personal care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.By submitting your interest, you are registering for future opportunities.   • Personal care- assisting with bathing/showering, washing, shaving, oral hygiene and continence requirements
  • General observations and updating patient records Providing support and encouragement to patients
  • Manual handling- using hoists/slide sheets
Requirements:
  • QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent – minimum 2 modules including Care Skills & Care of the Older Person)
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare setting
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
  • Manual Handling & Patient Moving Training (we can provide free of charge)
  • Safety Intervention Training( We can provide free of charge)
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
