Experienced Waiting Staff (Chef de Rang) - Dunloe Hotel & GardensWe are currently recruiting for Experienced Waiting Staff (Chef de Rang) who will work within our Restaurant Department at The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens. As Chef de Rang you will be part of a large diverse team operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career. At The Dunloe we have a newly refurbished, state of the art, high specification Kitchen and Restaurant with a team of highly skilled qualified waiting team offering Fine Dining cuisine in the relaxed, contemporary setting of The Grill Restaurant. Ability to demonstrate customer service to the highest degree
Act professional and respectful at all times with both guests and staff
Ensure tables, etc. are all set up in an organised manner
Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the work place
Promote food and beverage sales on a regular basis
Serve guests in a proactive manner
Handle complaints in an quick and efficient way in order to satisfy guests requirements and communicate these complaints with the appropriate managers
Training and development of Demi Chef de Rang
Ensure quality is maintained at all times in the restaurant
Shift Reports must be completed correctly
A high standard of personal hygiene and grooming is essential

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining service in a 5 star restaurant
Qualifications in Hospitality are desirable
Engages well with guests and has a sociable and friendly attitude
Passion for excellence in quality and services
Leave a lasting impression on our guests
Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential
