Are you an Architect with 8+ years' experience and interested in working with an award winning architectural practice based in Dublin?This is a permanent role based in Dublin.If interested, please send your CV to peter@jobcontax.com or call Peter on +353-1-9696681Senior Architect - Award Winning Practice - DublinJob DescriptionOur Client is a multi- award winning architectural practice offering PM & Interior services too and working on some of Ireland's greatest landmarks.Reporting directly to the directors you will be the second lead architect on multi-million euro projectsYour work will be varied and you will be dealing with a wide variety of projects, both managing, and designing.Responsible for the production of design solutions including drawings, schedules, technical submittals & other documentation required in an agreed time frame and will Liaise with the Client, Construction Team and other stakeholdersas required to ensure a smooth handover of the design package to the construction team.Liaise with Client Design Team to bring clarity to the scope of deliverables.Generate and Manage Document and Drawing output.Generate and manage technical submittals and schedules.Organize and Co-Ordinate constructability reviews with the Project TeamRequirementsA minimum of 8+ years' post-graduate experience is required with an ability to work within a highly-motivated team.Experience in a client-facing role is desired.
