- Collaborate with the business to enhance client service, ensuring efficiency and friendliness while actively contributing to meeting all client deadlines.
- Manage the documentation flow for both inbound and outbound documents.
- Support broking teams by handling renewal invites, sending reminders, managing debiting processes, and overseeing file management.
- Contribute to company audit processes, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Cultivate expertise in systems and technical knowledge, with an aim to progress towards a client engagement role.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Actively participate in project work to contribute to the company's ongoing development.
- Extend assistance to all colleagues, including new joiners, fostering positive relationships.
- Fulfil responsibilities within an office-based role.
- Previous experience working for an insurer or broker is desirable but not essential.
- APA qualification desirable with a view to progressing to achievement of CIP qualification.
- Proactive approach to work, flexible and open to change.
- Capable of solving problems, and a team player.
- Good interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks.
