Cleaning OperativeSummary: Agnew VW Showroom / workshop -Boucher RoadTimes: Monday -Friday: 5pm - 8pmRate of Pay : £12.21 per hrBidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Working Cleaning Supervisor. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards. The main purpose of the role for the Cleaning Supervisor is to ensure that their allocated area and team meets the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.Principal Responsibilities:
  • Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
  • Ensure the team is adhering to policies and procedures on site
  • Ensure the team is achieving the required cleaning standards
  • Monitor cleaning standards on a daily basis using the company auditing tool
  • Assess performance of the team and identify training needs
  • Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained
  • Respond to client requests as required
  • Carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections
Key Requirements:
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills as the provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role
  • Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment
  • High standards of personal presentation
  • The ability to work in confined spaces as this may be a requirement from time to time
  • If Non-EEA, a Visa enabling you to work in Ireland on a full-time basis is essential
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
