Package: Vehicle, Fuel Card, Pension, BonusAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site operations for a 2-year infrastructure project in Wexford. Works include groundworks, ducting, RC foundations, compound builds, and general enabling works. With further projects confirmed in the Southeast, this is an excellent long-term opportunity for a Site Manager or Supervisor with strong civil experience.Salary & Benefits

- Manage daily site operations and direct labour crews
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met
- Enforce health and safety procedures and site protocols
- Schedule deliveries, plant, and materials
- Maintain daily site reports and handover documentation
- Liaise with PMs, Engineers, and stakeholders on programme targets
- Ensure works are carried out to spec, quality, and design
- Resolve on-site issues as they arise
- 5+ years’ experience managing civil infrastructure works
- Proven track record in ducting, trenching, and RC works
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Ability to read drawings and deliver works as per schedule
- Irish or UK experience highly advantageous
