- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP transformation projects from initiation to post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks, and communications.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and consultants to gather requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure value-driven delivery.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Drive change management initiatives to support user adoption and minimize business disruption.
- Provide clear and regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate training and support activities to ensure a smooth transition to new ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are advantageous.
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in managing ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and related business processes.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with change management and training methodologies.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sectors relevant to the client’s industry (e.g., manufacturing, retail, utilities).
- Familiarity with Agile project management approaches.
- Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and testing processes.
- Experience working in global or multi-site environments.
