- 8-10 years' experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
- Proven track record in building pipelines and closing complex deals with major organisations.
- Skilled in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on execution ability.
- Experience in sectors such as public sector, utilities, financial services, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales management
