- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling and engaged promotion.
- Experience in leading and defining the direction of digital marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and ability to manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build engaging narratives and utilise storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Deliver against quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of complex businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans.
- Pitch and consult with customers to support digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
