Carry out routine repair work and/or building maintenance as required
Maintain and store all allocated equipment and ensure that appropriate, well-maintained and properly serviced equipment is used at all times
Complete all required records and documentation and ensure there are clear logs of all completed tasks
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation
Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures
Report any areas of concern to Line Manager
Regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas
Report all incidents, accidents and emergencies
To provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management.
Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
