Please visit our website:Job DescriptionProvide support to Senior Cost Analyst in the monthly review of cost forecasts, actual costs and budgets for project portfolios. Input into all aspects of the capital portfolio delivery through the application of sound cost management principles and practices. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator, displaying a high level of numerical acumen with strong attention to detail.Monthly Update cycle of Cost - Input and review large dataset from various system (Oracle, Primavera, etc.) into excel workbooks. Supporting Senior Cost Analyst in Monthly Review with project teams.On-going improvements and developments - Support the Senior Cost Analyst in managing the development of Cost Reporting / Forecast tools, cost collection sheets, offset tool and reports, detailed analysis of cost spread variances verses key completion dates, maintenance of excel files developed to date.QualificationsMust hold at least a relevant Level 8 qualification as per the National framework of qualifications with 2 years post-graduation experience or relevant work experience.Other Skills / AttributesSupport development of continuous improvement of Cost / Finance and Project Control Procedures alongside Senior Cost Analyst and Project Controls Manager.Good interpersonal & communication skillsAdvance Excel & MS officeExperience with Cost ReportingExperience with developing Forecasts (desired but not essential)System and process migration (desired but not essential)Additional InformationWhat we offer you:
