- Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention across Personal Lines
- Cross‑selling and up‑selling where appropriate
- Ensuring all documentation, compliance steps and system updates are completed accurately
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver a high‑quality service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments
- Supporting customers with a “first‑time‑right” mindset
- APA required (or nearly there) or CIP qualified
- Experience in insurance, brokerage or insurer is essential
- Experience in a fast‑paced insurance environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑care skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Comfortable working across multiple systems (knowledge of Relay is an advantage)
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a growing, digital‑focused environment
