I’m supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they continue to grow their Personal Lines teams in both Letterkenny and Sligo. They’re looking to speak with people who are either fully qualified (APA/CIP) or part‑qualified with one or two exams completed and a strong commitment to finishing the pathway.If you have experience in Personal Lines and enjoy a mix of renewals, client service, and sales activity, this could be a great next step.What you’ll be doing
  • Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention across Personal Lines
  • Cross‑selling and up‑selling where appropriate
  • Ensuring all documentation, compliance steps and system updates are completed accurately
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver a high‑quality service
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments
  • Supporting customers with a “first‑time‑right” mindset
What they’re looking for
  • APA required (or nearly there) or CIP qualified
  • Experience in insurance, brokerage or insurer is essential
  • Experience in a fast‑paced insurance environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑care skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems (knowledge of Relay is an advantage)
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a growing, digital‑focused environment
