Role: Technologist Position

Location: Limerick

Salary: DOE

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years' post graduate architectural experience, focused on healthcare projects
  • Must have proven success in the delivery of healthcare projects
  • Strong design skills and technical understanding
  • Previous track record working closely with clients and contractors
  • Thorough understanding and experience working within the current Irish regulations
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinating layouts and equipment and preparing tender & construction documentation for mid to large scale healthcare projects.
  • Assess the needs of clients and users and agree the project brief / together with project architect / Associate
  • Develop project briefs, design programme and deliverables list in conjunction with project architect / Associate
  • Develop the project design, research problems and produce, develop and advise on innovative solutions
  • Produce, analyse and advise on specification, materials selection, and detailed design solutions in relation to performance and production criteria and assist the project architect / Associate
  • Ensure continual compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements
  • Assist the project architect / Associate in the administration of contracts and project inspections and certification
