• Provide an assessment service

• Identify service users' individual and collective needs in partnership with them

• Manage and prioritize a caseload appropriate to the post

• Must be fully registered with CORU

• Must hold a full clean drivers licence

• Demonstrate the capacity to manage, plan and deliver interventions in an effective and resourceful manner
