We are currently recruiting for a Groups Coordinator & Travel Administrator on behalf of a well-established travel company based in Kilkenny City. This is a full-time opportunity within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, ideal for someone who is highly organised and enjoys coordinating detailed travel arrangements.This role combines group travel coordination with day-to-day travel administration, offering variety and strong exposure across all aspects of the travel process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers with pre-travel queries and documentation
  • Issuing and distributing travel documents
  • Coordinating group bookings, itineraries, and schedules
  • Liaising with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and suppliers
  • Managing rooming lists and booking administration
  • Troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English
  • Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a strong customer service focus
  • Experience in travel is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with travel systems (e.g. Travelport) beneficial
