- Gather and document requirements across multiple business units
- Analyse how existing systems and processes operate
- Work closely with QA teams to review issues and identify trends
- Translate technical detail into clear business language for stakeholders
- Support a CRM migration from Salesforce to a new platform
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
- Ability to work across technical and non technical teams
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast moving transformation environment
- Experience supporting system or CRM migrations
- Exposure to QA processes or defect analysis
