Access is expanding and seeking a driven sales executive to join our team, where you will be responsible for new business growth, along with the growth of existing business. This is a hands-on B2B sales role where you will gain exposure and control of the entire sale cycle from prospecting to close, and account management.What You Will Do:
  • Own the Prospecting Game – Hunt, engage, and pitch Access’s specialist recruitment services to new clients, shaping terms of business from day one.
  • Close the Deal – Run negotiations end-to-end and close impactful deals with senior decision-makers across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services sectors.
  • Grow & Scale Accounts – Manage and grow your client portfolio, becoming a trusted advisor while consistently generating new revenue.
