Location: Dublin (Hybrid model) – with travel to customer locationsKey Responsibilities:
- Producing project plans to track milestones and manage changes to the plan.
- Work with the customer team and with the customer leadership team to create accurate Roadmaps and Business cases (BC).
- Working with the Scrum master and the delivery team, effectively manage projects and deliver to agreed plans and budget, in accordance with BCs.
- Proactively manage change and scope creep with customers and other stakeholders, minimising and avoiding where possible.
- Reporting on weekly/monthly budget and resource utilization against targets.
- Interact and build consensus with customer(s) and all stakeholders.
- Present on weekly basis status of the project to customer and internal DLX stakeholders.
- Working with the Scrum master and the delivery team, actively manage Risks & Issues, taking appropriate corrective action as required.
- 3+ years project manager experience leading complex software development deliveries.
- Advanced user of MS Project.
- Proven ability to operate within a multi-locational delivery team environment with both onsite and remote engagement.
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of organization both internally and externally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent the company in a client facing role.
- Understanding of branching strategy, semantic versioning, sprint planning, dependency management, different test activities and release tracking.
- Problem solver and decision maker.
- Strategic thinker encompassing the ‘customer is king’ ethos whilst ensuring company objectives are always met.
- Experience working with demanding customers.
- Experience working on-site with a customer.
- Prior working experience with airlines would be an advantage.
