- Manage and report all environmental metrics monthly, completing annual AER & EPR reports.
- Ensure compliance with TT Standard Work, ISO (14001, 45001, 50001), EPA & IED requirements.
- Lead initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, waste, energy, and water usage, supporting the site’s 2030 Carbon Neutrality goal.
- Provide EHS support for manufacturing processes, focusing on chemical processes, electric coating, and wastewater treatment.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs to reduce Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) and Total Incident Rate (TRIR).
- Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and implement practical solutions to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
- Oversee the site’s Connect & Engage and ABC programs, ensuring timely completion of audits and corrective actions.
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline; postgraduate qualification desirable.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a world-class manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong competency in EHS management, with a proven track record of delivering key projects.
- Proficiency in statistical and graphical tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, A3s).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
