- Manage key accounts, build relationships, provide technical support, and issue quotations/tenders.
- Handle service calls, prioritise and coordinate engineers, track reports, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance visits, ensure completion, and follow up with quotes, reports, and invoices.
- Process purchases orders, delivery dockets, supplier invoices, and monitor supplier performance.
- Prepare documentation, issue reports, and support departmental management and staff.
- Degree in Building Services
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC services
- Strong communication skills
- Industry knowledge with technical and customer-facing ability
