- Extensive experience in forensic data analytics or risk analytics, ideally gained within a Big Four, consulting, or large corporate forensic environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and advanced programming skills in Python for data extraction, analysis, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik, LookerStudio, or Power BI, and familiarity with Big Data technologies like Apache Hive, Spark, or Presto.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity) is highly desirable, alongside exposure to financial crime, AML, sanctions, or regulatory compliance.
- Successfully lead multiple concurrent forensic data analytics and eDiscovery investigations, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Design and implement advanced analytical models using AI and machine learning to enhance fraud detection capabilities.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for clients, legal teams, and regulators through compelling reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the forensic technology practice by innovating methodologies, expanding service offerings, and mentoring junior team members.
- Leading forensic technology engagements, managing project delivery end-to-end (approximately 40%).
- Developing and deploying advanced analytical models and AI-driven solutions to detect fraud and misconduct (around 25%).
- Extracting and analysing complex datasets from ERP systems and communication platforms, often within eDiscovery workflows (about 20%).
- Preparing strategic reports and client presentations, and supporting business development and practice growth initiatives (roughly 15%).
