Business Transformation Design - Business Process Analyst - Senior ConsultantNOTE: You must have full working rights to work in Ireland to be considered for this role.Do you have a passion for helping organisations identify and deliver transformational projects through process change or systems implementation, embrace the digital agenda, improve efficiencies, and create exceptional customer and employee experiences?Do you have prior experience, in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, in applying strategy/operating model design and in Business and Process Analyst delivery roles within consulting or multi-sectors?Are you looking for strong career development, with an opportunity to learn from exceptionally talented people and want to benefit from the support of a global organisation and network?At EY, we are sure that irrespective of the reasoning behind considering a new role with us, becoming a part of our strong Business Design team may be the ideal career move for you.The opportunityOur Business Transformation Design team works with clients across a variety of industries to reimagine and redesign the inner workings of their operations, enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.We are currently looking to hire into our team at Senior Consultant to Manager level.Your key responsibilitiesWithin Business Transformation Design, you'll work as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping client organisations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. On a typical day, you will have the opportunity to:

Utilise your skills in the areas of structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking and lean process improvement to help our clients drive profitability and performance through their business operations
Identifying areas for process improvement across existing ways of working be it system, process or people changes
Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including the facilitation of client interviews, workshops and project governance sessions
Be able to effectively analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processes.

Be involved in the delivery of projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project and execution and close-out
Draw on EY's unique capabilities in Digital, Programme Management, Business Process Analyst, and experience from our global consulting network
Helping ensure that the requirements and the process are fit for purpose, supporting the design, build, and test of the changes and business readiness/training activities.
Work with a global team of experts to develop unique, innovative and game-changing solutions as well as benefitting from best-in-class operations focused training

Ability to work with business stakeholders to define their vision and requirements, acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams to develop and deliver solutions.

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
Strong understanding of core business operations gained through involvement/ delivery of projects across areas such as strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, waterfall and agile design transformation and delivery
Exceptional problem-solving ability including logical reasoning, creative thinking and the ability to untangle complex issues
Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
A solid team player who's also an independent thinker
Deadline-driven, highly organised and able to multitask
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage more junior consultants

To qualify for the role, you ideally will have

3+ years within a consulting firm or project type environment (a strong record of accomplishment in Management Consulting is a benefit)
Strong academic record including a relevant third level degree from top university
Strong numeric analysis, presentation and Process Mapping and requirement gathering skills
Project and programme delivery experience. Experience in the delivery of large-scale programmes is an advantage.
Experience in applying Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Lean six sigma qualification is an advantage
PMP/Prince2 qualification is an advantage
Agile experience/ certification preferred
Experience in applying best practice Business and Process Analysis techniques
