Design and construct complex scaffolding structures, including independent scaffolds, birdcage scaffolds, and suspended scaffolds.
Lead and supervise a team of scaffolders, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
Interpret blueprints and design plans to determine the most suitable scaffolding structure.
Conduct thorough inspections and risk assessments to ensure scaffold stability and safety.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certificate
Valid CSCS ticket
Proven experience as a scaffolder in the construction industry.
