If so, we’d love to hear from you.We’re looking for an experienced and proactive EHS Specialist to join our Tech Ops/Engineering & EHS team in Dublin on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting site-wide EHS activities, driving compliance, and championing continuous improvement.What You’ll DoProvide hands-on EHS support across all site operationsMaintain and enhance our EHS Management SystemsLead the Health & Safety team and participate in EHS committeesManage the site’s industrial hygiene programme and EHS documentationConduct audits, inspections, and risk assessmentsDeliver engaging EHS training modulesMonitor legal compliance and prepare reports for authorities and corporate stakeholdersSupport sustainability initiatives and EHS improvement projectsAct as a role model for safe and responsible workplace behaviourWhat You BringA degree in science or engineering, ideally with a formal EHS qualification2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharma or chemical sectorStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools (e.g., mobile apps)A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solvingWhy Join Us?At Ipsen, we lead with purpose.
