- Support the business in the daily duties associated with GMP rework activities
- Preparation and maintenance of all documentation associated with such work
- Become a subject matter expert in rework activities and the associated processes
- Assist with the raising of Deviations and Non-Conformances in Q-Pulse
- Issue out KPIs and reports as per principal and internal requirements
- Assist with the creation and update of procedures
- Review and investigation of distribution complaints
- Processing of product quality complaints
- Reporting and inspecting of exempt medicinal products
- Temperature Monitoring and Investigations
- Quality review and processing of Returns
- Temperature controlled delivery support
- Providing training on GxP principles
- Any other quality duties which may arise
- Experience in GDP/GMP and warehouse management systems
- 3rd level qualification in a scientific discipline preferred
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar administration role
- Excellent PC skills, including Word & Excel PowerPoint etc
- Previous experience of working with SAP or similar system is preferred
- Previous experience of working with warehouse management inventory systems
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized & efficient – with an ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – with an ability to interact with all of staff, management, customers and clients.
