- Provide information about subscription plans, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers with subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
- Resolve issues and inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about company products and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based services.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable using CRM software and general office applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
