We are seeking dedicated and experienced Consultant Paediatrician from the United Kingdom to join our client's private hospital on a beautiful Caribbean island. The ideal candidate will provide expert Paediatric to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment, upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.Responsibilities

Deliver specialist paediatric care for acute and chronic conditions
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
Supervise junior doctors and nursing staff
Collaborate with allied health teams and external partners
Provide family-centred education and support
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
Participate in on-call rota and emergency paediatric care

Requirements

MRCPCH or equivalent paediatric specialist qualification
Full GMC registration required
Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to child safeguarding and family-focused care
Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Package on Offer
