Sales & Marketing ManagerEngineering Services
Location: Celbridge
Salary: €40,000-47,500We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering services provider based in Celbridge for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support continued national growth. This role combines business development and marketing activity to generate leads, secure contracts, and build strong B2B client relationships across multiple sectors.The successful candidate will manage both sales pipeline development and marketing activity, working closely with internal teams to deliver revenue targets and strengthen brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Prospect, cold call, network, and attend site visits
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations
  • Achieve sales targets and negotiate contracts
Marketing
  • Deliver and support marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media, email marketing, and website updates
  • Support content creation (case studies, testimonials)
Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support retention and upselling opportunities
CRM & Reporting
  • Manage CRM and sales pipeline data
  • Track KPIs and produce performance reports
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in sales and/or marketing (B2B, construction, or engineering services preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Commercial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desirable
