Ensure the feed mill is kept clean, safe, and in good working condition to maintain high standards of hygiene, prevent contamination, and support efficient production operations. Clean and maintain all areas (interior and exterior) of the mill, including production floors, storage areas, loading bays, and surrounding yards. Remove dust, debris, and spillages from floors, machinery, and work surfaces in line with hygiene and safety standards. Follow all cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist with the cleaning and sanitising of equipment, machinery and as required for maintenance or product changeovers. Safely handle and dispose of waste, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly. Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Support the team during downtime or emergencies to ensure production efficiency. Comply with company policies, health and safety procedures, and quality standards at all times
