Job Description:Job Title Operations - Payments ProcessingLocation DublinCorporate Title No Corporate TitleThe Payments Processing Analyst undertakes the complete and accurate capturing of payment transactions, ensuring that all payment-related information and relevant parties are processed according to established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and industry guidelines. In addition, they should ensure that procedures are properly executed to reduce processing risk and identify potential areas for process improvement whether internally within the bank or for our clients. Prioritising transaction by currency / payment medium to ensure that payments are completed within clearing / agent deadlines.Processing payments related to FX deals.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.Follow Deutsche Banks’ Internal Policies and audit requirements to maintain strong financial controls.Maintain reports, including updating daily reconciliations and management information on payment volume.Support testing and implementation of system updates.Ensures the escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriate.
