- Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools.
- Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
- Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility.
- Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws.
- Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR.
- Support international mobility and relocation processes.
- Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions.
- Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
- Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication.
- Demonstrate commitment to DE&I through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management.
- Travel Normally this position will not require travel, but this requirement may vary
- Hours full-time, normal working hours, from Monday to Friday
- Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience, out of which 3-5 years within an international environment (previous HR experience in Italy is a must).
- Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country: Italy is mandatory, Spain, Portugal and/or Finland would be ideal, any other country would be a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian. Any other European language will be a plus
- Keen attention to detail, experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible, adaptable, comfortable in dealing with change and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- This position requires a Bachelor-level degree
