The CompanyMy Client is one of Galway City's largest and longest established legal firms.The RoleA vacancy has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join the firms Probate and Estate Planning team. The position will be based in Galway City and the role will focus primarily on residential and commercial conveyancing.Responsibilities· Sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties· Drafting and Reviewing leases· Advising clients, both corporate, state bodies and private, in relation to all property-related transactions· Dealing with residential and commercial lending transactions· Attending to registrations and post-completion mattersRequirements / Work Experience· Experience in Drafting Wills· Enduring Powers of Attorney/ Assisted Decision Making· Preparing Probate Applications· Good Knowledge of CAT legislation and tax considerations in administration of estates· Extracting Grants of Probate/ Administration and Administering EstatesSkills Required· Ability to work as part of a team· Attention to Detail· Communication & AnalyticalSalary: Salary will be Commensurate with ExperienceJob Type: Ideally looking to fill Full Time position. However, open to discussing a Part-Time role of 3-4 days a week.Work Location: Hybrid Working - Potentially 2 days remote and 3 days in office
